Decision-support service

MarginRail compares supplied commercial text and returns decision support. Classifications may be incomplete or incorrect and the service is provided as-is.

Human commercial judgment required

The detector and audit do not determine legal scope, provide legal advice or replace a signed contract. An authorised person must review every commercial decision and client response.

Permitted submissions

You must have authority to submit the text and must remove credentials, special-category personal data and information that is unnecessary for the analysis. Automated abuse and attempts to exhaust service limits are prohibited.

Commercial terms

The pilot does not create a paid subscription. Live checkout remains disabled until subscription, cancellation, liability, governing-law, data-processing and operator-identity terms are published. Any later purchase will require the buyer to review the applicable terms before payment.
